Goal One

My body is fine. It's an ok weight, a fine shape etc. But it's weak.

My recipe for a new smokin' dance bod:

450 sit ups every other day. (150 right oblique, 150 center abs, 150 left oblique)

50 push-ups every other day. (Increase if possible)

50 reps of each ankle exercise every other day.

Stretching a minimum of once per day.

In addition, possibly some extra arm free weights, running/jogging, leg lifts.
