Goal Two

Goal: to stop being quite such a snarky bitch to people I love.

Goal One

My body is fine. It's an ok weight, a fine shape etc. But it's weak.

My recipe for a new smokin' dance bod:

450 sit ups every other day. (150 right oblique, 150 center abs, 150 left oblique)

50 push-ups every other day. (Increase if possible)

50 reps of each ankle exercise every other day.

Stretching a minimum of once per day.

In addition, possibly some extra arm free weights, running/jogging, leg lifts.

Role Model One: Kate Moennig/Shane McCutcheon


Moennig's character Shane (on The L Word) is the ultimate in sexy dyke badassery. From the hair, to the eyeliner, to the androgynous fashion, to the smokin' abs. 


Expedition Eighteen

All in all, this is a blog about me and forcing myself to change. I believe every person is at least twice as strong as they think they are. I think every person who ever said "I wish I could be like that, but I can't" was lying to the themselves a little.

I've spent too long wishing I was different. I've blamed myself too much for being too weak to change. I've wished and wanted and blamed and punished. But It's time for a change.

Journey: In exactly 18 weeks is December 31st. And, instead of all that "new years resolutions" crap about making yourself promises, and then proceeding to break those promises, I plan on taking the next 18 weeks to change.

Goal: To go from Hum Drum Lazy Bum, to Ab Fab Ass Kicking.

Girl: 18 year old, music loving, bad-ass ballerina. I love art, opinions, writing, and fashion.

You're going to see my goals (some will change, some won't), my progress, my projects, my role models, my musings, my complaints, and ultimately (hopefully) my success.
